Are the slabs authentic?
Yes. Every slab is checked against its grader's database before it's listed, and each listing has a link so you can verify the cert number yourself.
How does “Make an offer” work?
Send the amount you'd like to pay. We reply within 24 hours to accept, counter or decline. If we agree, you receive a secure payment link and the card is held for you.
How do you ship?
Double-boxed, fully insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery. You can also collect it in person with a handover in Monaco.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by bank transfer for larger amounts. We never see your card details.
Do you buy cards?
Yes, graded slabs and sealed products only. Use the “Sell my cards” form with photos and the cert number, and we'll come back with a price.
Can you find a specific card for me?
Yes. Tell us the card, the grade and your budget. We source in Europe, Asia and the US and come back to you when we find it.
Can I see a card in person before buying?
Yes. Book a viewing in Monaco by WhatsApp or e-mail and we'll show you the slab in hand before you decide.
Do you ship outside Monaco?
Yes, to France, the rest of Europe, the UK, Switzerland and the US. Every parcel is insured and tracked. Outside the EU, local import duties are paid by the buyer.
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured for its value. We handle the claim with the carrier and refund or replace the card, so you're never out of pocket.
Can I return a card?
Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the same slab and condition. Write to us first and we'll tell you how to send it back.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. A graded slab or a sealed product can count towards your purchase. Send the details with the “Sell my cards” form and mention the card you want.
Can you sell my card for me?
Yes, on consignment: we list it, handle the buyers and delivery, and pay you once it sells, minus a commission from 15% down to 5% for high-value cards. See our consignment terms, then use the form and choose “Consign”.
How do you set your prices?
We follow recent sales across the main references (PSA auction prices, PriceCharting, Collectr and ALT) and every listing is open to offers.
